WHAT IS SADAD PAYMENT SYSTEM?

Online Payment e-commerce is a new SADAD service that provides a secure, electronic and non-card based payment option to online merchants and consumers. It facilitates direct debit from the consumer’s bank account assigned for e-commerce.

HOW TO GET SADAD Account ?

  1. A bank account with an acquiring bank in KSA
  2. A valid Commercial Registration document authenticated by MCI in KSA.
  3. National ID of the owner (or) all partners.
  4. Bank Statement for the past 3 months or Bank Certificate for holding an account.
System Pre-requisites

The system pre-requisites that are to be met by merchant system are as listed below. These are the pre-requisites merchant should adhere to before getting on-boarded for SADAD.

  1. Merchant should have a website available on public domain.
  2. Merchant should have robust security architecture in place and adhere to SADAD and Acquiring Bank’s Security Policies.
  3. Integration will be to PayTabs.

CAN I USE SADAD WITH PAYTABS?

Yes ,PayTabs supports Sadad for Merchants residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

WHAT ARE THE REGISTRATION STEPS?

  1. Merchant to sign-up for an account in the PayTabs platform. (www.paytabs.com)
  2. Merchant to apply for account activation in the PayTabs platform by filling the necessary information.
  3. Merchant to apply for SADAD through the Acquiring Bank.
